About
The BeepBox has been a project of love for over a year now. As a passionate paraglider who lives in a mountainous region, I wanted an alti-vario that I could take on big Hike ‘n’ Fly days and Vol Biv. It needed to be small, compact, lightweight, accurate and have a fast response to changes in altitude. After much testing, I was disappointed either by the size and weight, or the functionality and responsiveness of existing products in the market. So with a background in engineering and software development, I decided to make my own.
After more than a year of prototyping, hard-work, and test flying, I believe I have produced an alti-vario which is the best in its class. I hope that just like me, you take much pleasure from using the BeepBox and have many safe and enjoyable flights.
The BeepBox Alti-Vario is currently in development and not yet ready for public release. Regular programming updates are given in the development log.
